1. About Us

Jabalpur Share Bazaar ("we", "us", "the Institute") is an options hedging education institute registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst, operating from Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. These Terms govern your use of the website at jabalpursharebazaar.com and your participation in any programme, batch, or course offered by the Institute.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are accessing this website from within India or are a non-resident Indian who understands that Indian law governs these Terms.
• You are not accessing this website with the intent to misuse content or engage in any illegal activity.

3. Nature of the Service — Education Only

Jabalpur Share Bazaar provides financial market education. All content — including courses, articles, videos, live sessions, study material, and any communication from the Institute — is strictly educational in nature.

Nothing provided by Jabalpur Share Bazaar constitutes:

4. Programme Enrolment

4.1 Enquiry and Confirmation

Enrolment begins when you send an enquiry via WhatsApp and our team confirms your place in a batch in writing. A place is reserved only upon payment of the confirmed fee.

4.2 Fees

Programme fees are communicated at the time of enquiry. Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes. The Institute reserves the right to revise fees for future batches.

4.3 Refund Policy

All fees paid towards any programme are strictly non-refundable. Once a seat is confirmed and payment is received, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, personal circumstances, inability to attend sessions, or relocation.

By completing the enrolment process and making payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We strongly advise prospective students to attend a free demo/trial session (where available) and satisfy themselves fully before making payment.

4.4 Batch Rescheduling

The Institute reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel a batch due to circumstances including insufficient enrolments, mentor unavailability, or force majeure. Enrolled students will be notified in advance and offered an alternative batch date or a credit towards a future batch.

4.5 Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful conduct during sessions. The Institute reserves the right to remove a student from a batch without refund if their conduct disrupts the learning environment of other students.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our programmes — including text, images, charts, payoff diagrams, course frameworks, recorded videos, and teaching methodology — is the intellectual property of Jabalpur Share Bazaar and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, and applicable Indian IP law.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute course material for commercial purposes.
• Share login credentials, session links, or recordings with individuals outside the enrolled batch.
• Create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
• Use our name, logo, or SEBI registration details in any manner that implies endorsement of any product or service without written permission.

Personal, non-commercial use of free website content (articles, blog posts) is permitted with proper attribution and a link back to the source page.

6. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to:

• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from this website for commercial use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its infrastructure.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or claims about the Institute.

Any testimonials, reviews, or profit-and-loss screenshots shared by students on social media are their own statements. The Institute does not verify the accuracy of such statements and they do not constitute a promise or guarantee of similar results for other students.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website links to and interacts with third-party services including WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), YouTube (Alphabet), Instagram (Meta Platforms), and Telegram. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Jabalpur Share Bazaar and its mentor shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss arising from trading or investment decisions made by students or website visitors.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or participation in a programme.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the website.
• Actions of third parties including brokers, platforms, or exchanges.

The maximum aggregate liability of the Institute to any student shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific programme in which the student was enrolled.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jabalpur Share Bazaar, its mentor, team, and affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the website, or any trading or investment decision you make.
